The application fillable form is here. Credit check authorization is here. Both need to be completely filled out, and credit check authorization must be filled out by each prospective tenant. These documents may be mailed (SLRV, 1111 E Pickering Rd., Shelton, WA 98584), dropped off or emailed to SpencerLakeRV@gmail.com or slrvparkoffice@gmail.com.

Move-in financial requirements: 1st, last, deposit, pet deposit if required. Application fees must be submitted with the application ($55 nonrefundable per applicant). A background report will be run. and references will be contacted on all prospective residents.

Location is 15 minutes away from Walmart and other grocery shopping. Minutes away from Harstine Island, with both salt water and fresh water activities to do close by!
