Nestle among the trees at night, walk down to the pier to drink your morning java, grab a yummy lunch or a drink at the Spencer Lake Bar and Grill, the great restaurant across the street, and pop over to the convenience store next door to pick up necessary items. As a bonus, it’s just a short trip to the wonderful Olympic Bakery and Deli. Everything is set up for you to enjoy carefree living here.

Recreational Vehicle Limitations

In order to live in the park your RV just has to meet a few requirements:

• RV must be 2016 and newer
• It must be 36 feet or less in length
• It must be currently licensed
• It cannot contain a pet over 20 pounds
